What we collect, and how we use it

There are a few mechanisms by which we acquire information about our users.

• Contact Form: By filling out the fields on our contact form we can acquire name, company name, email address, phone number and what courses or types of training you are interested in. We store this information expressly to contact users who have requested it.
• Class Evaluation Form: The class evaluation form helps us fine-tune our services to provide the best possible experience – to that end we gather some information about class results and ratings from users already in our database.
• Log Files: The Versitas site log files provide us valuable analytics information to let us continue improving our site. This information is anonymous and used only in aggregate form.

We do not share any of our user information with third-parties, and never will. If you have submitted information through a form or class sign-up before and now wish to remove yourself from our database or just find out what that information is, please don't hesitate to contact us.

This policy is effective January 1, 2009. Changes to this policy will be reflected on this page.
