Microsoft Outlook Keyboard Shortcuts

Don't remember all of those Outlook keyboard shortcuts you learned in your last class? No problem! Here are some of the most popular shortcuts for you to use.

While many of these shortcuts will work for all versions of Outlook, these lists have been prepared for Outlook 2010, 2007 and 2003 so if you have another version of the program, some of the actions may or may not be applicable.

In the Reading Pane, go to the previous message. ALT+UP ARROW or CTRL+COMMA or ALT+PAGE UP
