About Versitas
Frequently Asked Questions
- How is Versitas different from other software training companies?
- We customize every single class we teach. No generic training here.
- How is your onsite training more effective than sending our group to a public training class?
- By providing the training on-site, we can focus exclusively on your company's needs. Where possible, we use real world examples that your employees can relate to. Our ability to use your industry's terminology instead of using generic examples helps make the training more relevant for your employees.
- Is onsite training more expensive?
- Our training actually costs less! Our training classes consistently cost less than sending your employees to a public training company.
- How do you "customize" the training for my company?
- We speak to you prior to the training to determine what your needs are and which topics to emphasize. We review potential topics with you before the training. It may also be possible to have customized manuals prepared for your event. The result is a more relevant and higher quality learning experience.
- What if we have our own set of topics we want you to teach us?
- Bravo. It sounds like you have done your homework. We are glad to incorporate your specific topics into the curriculum (in fact, we encourage it).
- All this customization sounds very good, but does it make the training more expensive?
- New clients are surprised to learn that we do not charge extra for this level of customization. We actually encourage our clients to customize their content. Our goal is to provide training that is relevant specifically to you.
- What if my company doesn't have a dedicated training room?
- No problem. Many companies do not have a dedicated training room. Lots of our classes are delivered in a company conference or meeting room. The set up is surprisingly simple (learn more about setting up your training room).
- Do you provide training evaluations for each class?
- We provide every client with our Evaluation Summary report detailing the effectiveness of the training. Each evaluation covers 15 key learning areas.
- Who are some of the companies you have provided training for?
- Some of America’s best known companies such as Cisco Systems, Comcast, FedEx, NASA, The Peace Corps, The Department of Homeland Security, AOL and Salesforce.com to the small 5 person businesses interested in enhancing the computer skills of their employees. Put our experience to work for you.
- Can you provide me with references?
- Absolutely. We have plenty of client references we can send you right away.
- Do you offer any kind of guarantee?
- We stand 100% behind every training class we deliver. If you are ever less than satisfied with a training we will offer a free make up session or a 100% refund. Whichever you prefer.
- How experienced are your instructors?
- Our instructors are Microsoft certified and each one has an average of 10 years of software training experience. They are real pro’s that know their stuff.
- If we don’t have enough laptops for our class, can you provide them for us?
- While most clients are able to arrange for computers, we have agreements for discounted computer rentals with leading computer rental vendors to provide you with reduced rates.
- What about payment for your services?
- We gladly invoice our clients on a net 30 day basis. If you prefer to pay by credit card that’s fine too. Whichever works best for you.
- If I contact you, will I be hounded relentlessly by obnoxious sales people?
- Absolutely not. It's simply not the way we do things. We dislike obnoxious sales people as much as you do! We are friendly, courteous and professional and will treat you with respect.
